Davitia James
Davitia James is a geologist and science writer from the island of Dominica (not the Dominican Republic). She earned her Bachelor's in Geology from SUNY Geneseo and Master’s in Earth Science from the University of Northern Colorado. To date, her work has focused on volcanology and planetary science, but she is also interested in the overlap between geology and the humanities. She enjoys exploring Dominica’s many hiking trails in her spare time.
